Hotel Policy
The information on the hotel’s policy is general in nature but may vary depending on the room type. Please also check the room description for more details.

 

Terms & Conditions
Your booking is completely secure as all personal data is encrypted and processed securely. The hotel gives priority to safeguarding your personal information, which is used exclusively to complete your reservation.

 

Taxes
VAT is included.
Municipal tax included
Service charge included.
Climate Resilience Fee -15€ per night, per room – is NOT included.

 

Meals
Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Minimum length of stay
It applies in high season and in the case of National or Major Religious Festivals, as well as in the case of Major Sporting or Artistic events in the wider geographical area.

Room availability depends on the time of booking. Detailed information about room types and services provided can be found on our website.

 

Children
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a baby cot in the room with 2 adults. Baby cots are available upon request.

Children from 2 to 12 years old also stay free of charge in the room with 2 adults on an armchair bed or sofa bed in the DELUXE DOUBLE Apollonion and PREMIUM DELUXE ASTERIAS room types.

 

Deposit policy
A deposit equal to the value of two (2) nights must be paid at the time of confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation/No show Policy
Free of charge: for cancellations made in writing within a period of more than fourteen (14) days from the date of arrival.

At cost: for cancellations made in writing less than fourteen (14) days after the date of arrival, the full price of two (2) nights will be charged.

In case of no-show, the full value of the booked stay will be charged.

Room availability time: After 15:00 Room check-out time: 11:00 am

 

Late check-out Policy

We would like to inform all our Partners and clients that clients wishing to stay extra in their room on the day of departure should inform the Reception one day before the departure date.

Please note that this service is subject to availability at surcharge.

GUEST RULES
Our hotel Apollonion Asterias Resort & Spa, to ensure its proper operation and to safeguard the calm and safe stay of its guests, has proceeded to the establishment of the following operating rules. By signing this document, we consider that you have understood and accepted the following:

– Upon arrival at the hotel and the check-in procedure, guests are given two key cards for their room, as well as one pool towel card per person.

– Customers are required to authorise all cards upon departure at Reception. If any of the pool towel cards are lost, the client is obliged to pay the amount of 10€ per card as compensation.

– Only those who are registered as clients by the Reception during the check-in procedure and carry a valid document certifying their identity are entitled to stay in the hotel rooms.

– At check-in guests are required to pay the Climate Change Tax (which replaces the Accommodation Tax). The cost is 15€ per room per night. In case of change or modification of the above charge by the Greek Government, any differentiated cost will be charged to the customer.

– The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the guests. Please make use of the safe deposit box located in your room for safekeeping of valuables. In case of loss, please inform the reception immediately. Make an extensive check of the safe before leaving the hotel.

– The use of the room and all hotel facilities is at the personal responsibility of the guests. Any damage caused by misuse will be borne by the client. In addition, customers are obliged to maintain orderliness in the rooms they use.

– All rooms are checked during the stay and also upon departure by the housekeeping service.

– Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. All those staying within the hotel are requested to show due respect and care during this time so as not to disturb the stay of other guests.

– The hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to a guest who may by their behaviour cause any disturbance to other guests or members of staff or exhibit inappropriate behaviour.

– The hotel management reserves the right to ask a guest to leave his/her room or other hotel premises without prior notice in case any of these rules are not observed.

– Every guest is fully responsible for any food/ drink that consumes and the hotel cannot be held responsible for any allergic incidents. Please contact our Maitre D’ hotel or our Executive Chef in case specific food requirements are needed.

 

Departure
On the day of departure, customers are required to leave the room by 11:00. Please inform the Reception 24 hours before your departure in case you wish to leave the room after the scheduled time. Further use of the room is subject to availability and is subject to an additional charge. In the event that a guest does not leave the room at the scheduled time, the hotel management has the right to remove the guests and their personal belongings from the room.

 

Dress Code
All customers are required to be decently dressed inside the restaurants. Trousers and shorts are acceptable for gentlemen. In addition, in all public areas of the hotel, guests are required to use shirts, caftans and related clothing, and appropriate shoes. Swimwear is only acceptable in the all day snack restaurant located by the pool.

Please note that there are multi-level surfaces within the hotel premises and therefore you must move carefully at your own risk.

The hotel provides all means to ensure the personal hygiene of guests and staff in all public and non-public areas. However, in case of any virus, the hotel is not responsible. Any guest who feels any kind of indisposition or any symptom, must report it to the Reception and remain in their room. Each of us bears personal responsibility to limit the spread of any virus and prevent further spread.

Hotel guests may ask the Reception to arrange a doctor’s visit to their room. The cost of this visit is at the customer’s expense. Should the client wish to extend their stay due to illness, the cost will be borne by the client.

The hotel management has the right to refuse to provide accommodation to a guest with any disease that may be contagious or infectious and may pose a risk of spreading or contaminating other guests or hotel staff. In the event that a client conceals that they are ill and this is subsequently proven, the client will be charged any costs incurred to have their room disinfected. Please note that Housekeeping has the authority to inform the hotel management if they observe any indication of illness.

Guests are not permitted to move any part of their room equipment, moving items from one room to another.

 

Pool Rules

All people shall bathe with warm water & soap before entering the pool.

Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Children under 14 years old should be accompanied by an adult.

In the Asterias Aqua Park, for the Adults’ Slides to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride, participants must be between 120 cm and 220 cm in height, with a weight between 30 and 120 kg.Our Children’s Slides are specially designed for younger visitors, suitable for children with a height between 100 cm and 150 cm.

Correct height requirements can override ages but safety will always be our priority. 

Young ages need parental supervision at all times.

Absolutely NO glass is allowed in the pool area.

Appropriate swim wear must be worn in the pool. No diapers without rubber pants are allowed in the pool.

No floatation devices or toys, except back bubbles & water rings, are allowed in the pool. Pushing, wrestling, ball playing, dunking, splashing or causing undue disturbance in and about the pool will not be tolerated.

All people using the pool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. The hotel accepts no liability for the injury, death or loss associated with the use of the pool, e.g. articles of clothing, valuables etc.

Please DO NOT use the pool if you are suffering from any contagious disease. Open wounds or sores should be dressed correctly before using the pool. People with communicable diseases or skin, eye, ear and nasal infections should not use the pool.

Treatment and pool cleaning takes place in the early morning hours. No diving. Slippery floor when wet.
