Hotel Policy

This is a General Hotel Policy. It is possible that policies vary, depending on each particular room type. We strongly advise to double check this information with the description of each room separately.

Terms & Conditions

Your reservation is completely secure. Your personal data shall be handled by us with trust and security either when handling your request manually or through our computerized reservation system and will be used only for the purpose of realizing your reservation.

Taxes

All quoted prices include VAT, MT & Services

Meals

All guests are accommodated Half Board.

Minimum length of stay

Applies during high season, during national or religious holidays or when big sporting or cultural events are taking place in the greater geographical area.

Subject to availability at the time of booking. Complete description of all room types can be found in our web site.

Children

Baby cot for children up to 2 years of age will be provided free of charge. Baby cots must be requested well in advance and are subject to availability. Children between 2-12 years of age are also staying free of charge in a room with 2 paying adults in the Deluxe room type only . Child will sleep in a pull out armchair bed.

Deposit policy

A deposit of 2night stay is required at the time of reservation For packages, please refer to the special deposit policy of each package.

Cancellation/No show Policy

Without cost: for cancellation received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date.
With cost: For cancellations received within less than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, there will be a forfeiture amount equal to the rate of two (2) nights.
In case of No Show the total amount of the reserved period will be charged.

Check in: After 15:00am
Check out: 11:00 am

LATE CHECK OUT POLICY

We would like to inform our Partners and our Guests that according to our policy, the guests who wish
to arrange a late Check-out, they need to inform our colleagues at the Front Desk one day prior to their  departure.

Kindly note that this service always depends on availability and that an extra cost is applicable  depending on the type of room the guests are accommodated.

Guests must provide credit card details upon check in , otherwise a 300 e deposit is needed.

Internet

LAN or/and Wi-Fi Internet connection is provided at no additional cost to all Hotel Residents.

There is sufficient parking space in the premises

GUEST RULES

The Apollonion Asterias Resort & Spa will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules
and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay of our Guests.
After signing this document, we assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel’s
Rules.
 Guests are given the key card and cards for pool towels upon registration at the reception.
Guests are required to return all these cards to the reception upon departure. If the pool towel
card is lost, a penalty of 10€ must be paid upon check out.
 Rooms can only be used by guests who are dully registered at the reception with a valid identity
document.
 Upon check-in guests must pay the new Climate Crisis Resilience Fee ( which replaces the
Accommodation Tax). The charge is 10€ per room, per night.
In the event of any alteration on the charge on behalf of the Greek government, please beware
that new fees will apply and a price amendment will occur.
 For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the room. Hotel bears no
responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are
kindly requested to immediately inform reception. We suggest you double check the safe
deposit box in your room upon your departure from the hotel.
 The Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel’s property caused by
themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Guests must also respect
the room they are accommodated at and keep an acceptable order inside. All rooms are
checked upon check out and all rooms are inspected by our HK manager on a daily basis.
 It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause
any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. From 22:00 to 7:00 hours it is the time of
night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause any sort of
disturbance to the other guests.
 The Hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests
or members of the staff or on other way disrespects the Hotel’s Rules.
 The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the
hotel forthwith, without previous notice if any of the above rules is disrespected, and the guest
shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.

 DEPARTURE- CHECK OUT
Check out time is at 11:00am. Please inform the reception 24 hours in advance if you wish to
return your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on availability. If the
room is available the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on
expiry or period, the Management shall have the right to remove the guests and their
belongings from the room occupied by them.
 DRESS CODE
For the comfort of all our Guests, casual attire is required when dining. Smart shorts are
accepted for Gentlemen. Shirts, beachwear covers and appropriate footwear are required in all
public areas of the hotel. Swimwear is acceptable only in the All Day Snack restaurant by the
pool.
 Guests come on holiday with their own responsibility. They must bear in mind that throughout
the premises there are several uneven surfaces, therefore they must move carefully, watching
their steps.
 The hotel Management is not responsible for the guests’ actions and the outcome of their
decisions.
 Any VIRUS that might occur, is not the hotel’s responsibility. The hotel provides all means of
personal hygiene in public areas and outlets and has taken all measures in guests’ rooms. Guests
who feel unwell, or bear any symptoms whatsoever, they must report it to the Reception and
their Rep and remain quarantined in their room, following one’s personal responsibility for
eliminating the spread and avoid cross contamination. If need be and the guests have to extend
their stay, charges will apply. Moreover, every Tour Operator cooperate with a doctor. Please
inform your Rep and ask for a doctor to visit you if need be. Kindly be informed that for a
doctor’s visit charges will apply by the doctor. In all cases, Reception has to be informed so that
the VIRUS protocol can be implemented immediately.
 Hotel has the right to deny accommodation to a guest with an infectious disease, parasitic
infection or any other illness, that might constitute health risk to other hotel guests and hotel
staff. If a guest conceals such condition from the hotel and checks in anyway, hotel is entitled to
request that such guest covers the expenses associated with disinfection or room disinfection.
Upon servicing the rooms the Housekeeping Staff has the authority to inform the Hotel
Management if any kind of sickness is witnessed.
 The Guests are not allowed to relocate any hotel equipment from one room to another.
 The Guests must always bear in mind that all the members of the hotel Staff are here to assist
and offer them the best of the hotel’s services. Nevertheless, all members of the hotel
personnel must be treated with respect and politeness.
 Hotel staff has the right to refuse to service a client who is under the influence of alcohol or
drugs. Money for booked and paid services is non-refundable.
