GENERAL NOTES FOR THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAM

Discover all the important information, guidelines, and tips you need to fully enjoy and maximize your experience with our All-Inclusive Program, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay.

  • Some departments or services may operate periodically depending also on weather
    conditions. Hours of operation are indicative and subject to change.
  • Unlimited food and beverage consumption ( portioned)
  • Local alcoholic drinks, ouzo, brandy, beer, wine.
  • Local & International spirits ( except champagne, French cognacs and premium brands):
    liqueur, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey.
    All drinks are noted in each departments’ list.
  • For safety reasons, drinks around the pools and beach, must be served in polycarbonate
    glasses (not glass).
  • Underage children (younger than 18 years old) are not allowed to consume alcohol.
  • No food and drinks may be taken outside hotel’s departments areas.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all restaurants, bars and common areas of the hotel.
  • Formal dress (no shorts, sleeveless T-shirts etc.) is required in “ La Primavera” Buffet
    restaurant, “ Trattoria Oliva” A La Carte restaurant and “ Apollo Music Bar” during dinner(
    Bermuda trousers exceptionally allowed). For the comfort of all our Guests, appropriate
    casual attire is required In the rest of our restaurants and bars.
  • Smart casual dress code is required in the main restaurants during lunch (no swimming
    suits).
  • It is of great significance that All Inclusive Guests must carry and show their Black Key Card in
    order to be served. In case of Card loss, Guests must inform the Front Desk in order to be
    given a new Key Card.
  • Please respect the privacy and rights of other Guests.
  • All Inclusive program ends at 24:00 hour.
  • All other services as per hotel’s main description
  • All Inclusive program starts upon check -in and ends upon check-out.
